At ferrerorocherstore, every order is handcrafted with care — not mass-produced. Because our products are perishable and made fresh just for you, this policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and human.

No Change of Mind Returns

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, misordered, or no longer need the item.

When We Offer a Refund or Replacement

We stand behind our craftsmanship. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order arrives physically damaged

  • There is a quality issue clearly caused by our error

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

To cancel, email us immediately with “CANCEL” in the subject line.

Address Corrections

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

We package every order with thermal insulation and fragile labeling. However, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot control transit time, weather, customs, or handling.

If your chocolate arrives slightly softened, refrigerate for 30 minutes — it will regain its perfect texture and shine. This is not a defect.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received (please contact the carrier first)

Replacements

If we approve a replacement, it will be shipped at no additional cost to you. Subject to product availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Chargebacks

We’re a small business. If you have an issue, please contact us first. We’re reasonable and we respond quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us simply delays resolution — and we’d much rather just make it right.
